Excellent product. I cycle for 1 hour each day on an exercise bike and burn around 500 calories according to the bike display. I am losing 1lb a week.
I have been using the chilliplex as directed and lost 2lbs overall in the past week. I'm very happy with this and sure it helps to get my weight down
much quicker for my summer hols. Loving the boost in energy. I get my housework done even after an extensive workout :)
